How to Begin

Log into Steuben Trust eBanking using your computer. Activate Mobile Banking by going to the "Other Services" tab, which will guide you through a quick one-time enrollment for both SmartPhone and txt-only phones. Instructions will be sent to your phone as two txt messages during enrollment.*

Option 1: How do I access Mobile Banking using the Steuben Trust app?

After activating Mobile in your eBanking, simply search for "Steuben Trust" in your phone's store to install our app.*

Option 2: How do I access Mobile Banking using my mobile browser?

Visit the link that was txt'd to your phone during enrollment. This link can be bookmarked in your mobile browser for later use. Log in using the Mobile ID and PIN you set up during enrollment.*

Option 3: How do I access Mobile Banking using text messaging?

During enrollment, your phone will receive instructions, including phrases you can txt back to receive account information and conduct transfers, such as "BAL" and "TRANS."

Steuben Trust takes the responsibility of protecting your information very seriously. Our Mobile app uses eBanking-grade SSL encryption to protect your information as it transfers over the cell network. TXT messages are not encrypted, but contain limited information. Should your phone ever be lost or stolen, you can immediately disable or reassign mobile access in eBanking.
